Managing the on-going relationship with a customer to ensure their expectations are met and SLA’s are achieved. Coupled with driving new business within these accounts through upgrades, upselling & new products/services.

Pre-Sales

Providing technical support to Sales at every stage of the process. This role communicates the technical requirements from the customer to sales outcomes.

Recruitment
